Re: Infexion Seatbelt Quick Release

Well admittedly it was not quite a ring, but around 4mm * 20mm Maybe the problem is that it is elongated, but I don't see how this wouldn't be a problem for any 20mm OD ring. You can see on the photo how it is too narrow to be pushed by the elastic and in fact it is really hard to get it out 202005...

You are right Eleveight has partnered with Aqua Dynamics. North would be using Aqua Dynanics too?
Where are you getting this info? The kites I've seen have a tag that says "made in Sri Lanka"

Update, Aqua Dynamics is located in Sri Lanka.

Re: The Kite Mag - the ultimate Test Guide 2020

Complete Rubbish of a test. Case in point: Naish Triad. Very, very little information and user reviews on this forum, in fact, I recall someone just recently about begging for feedback from an actual owner. Low and behold, the Triad is the top pick in the "All Round" category! Who would have thunk i...

Re: Core Sensor Bar 3 release

Re: The Kite Mag - the ultimate Test Guide 2020

I'm very skeptical about tests like this. Not saying the gear is bad but rather the methodology for determining their top picks is.

Re: New Milestone in Kitesports Safety: ISO Standard 21853 on Quick-Release Systems

Can you publish the full ISO testing specification DK? I think since we mostly moved to pivoting, none-line-of-load releases like the North solution that max release tension is down to materials interface, parts precsion and plastic deformation. Pull from the kite isn't the factor it was. I'm all f...
