Re: Reduce the Throw on an Ozone Contact V4 bar

RRD maker a slidable stopper that doesn't use a screw. I'm not sure you can buy it separately, but it's worth looking into.

Re: Futures Fins

I've been using the Quobba fins lately. I like the speed and control they give me. My bottom turns have more flow.

Re: Gloves kitesurf specific

That's funny, Windigo, those are the exact gloves that I cut open. Though mine aren't claws...same brand though.

Re: Gloves kitesurf specific

If you ever buy yourself a pair of gloves and find yourself unable to use them because of arm burn, you could simply cut out part of the palm; I did, copying my open palm gloves, and it works like a charm.

Re: The Gong Hipe Review (Inflatable Wingfoil Board)

Ok kiteboarder, thx for your seemingly well informed review. I have a possibly strange question: would you consider using the hipe for kitefoiling? Kiterunner, you could have a look at https://appletreesurfboards.com/. Their range is becoming more and more popular here in the Netherlands, and in the rest of Europe.

Re: Your dream kiting year...

Give Morocco more time. Just daytrips is not enough. And hardly possible, anyway. Morocco is better than Spain for kiting!

Re: Mitu Pro Carbon vs. BWS Stallion

I don't know the Mitu very well, but I can tell you the stallion really needs bigger waves to shine... I'd go for the mitu.

Re: Kite specific alaias

Yeah, it's a lot of fun on flat water, and you need very little wind. Don't remember how much wind exactly, it's been two years or so. My alaia needs fixing. In the surf, it's very, very hard. Even when the surf is tiny. So I'm with Greg. Mind you, I have a proper alaia, so finless, not 'kitespecifi...
