Re: Big Air/Kiteloop Progression Kites

I would also consider the core nexus, softer loops than gts but still recovers great. A bit better hangtime and good upwind. I rode gts4,5 and xr5 and the nexus all in 9m, same weight as you. The xr5 is easiest boost and ok loops, nexus loops great but softet than gts. Gts is explosive but easy to p...

Re: Zeeko Spitfire Hydrofoil

Hey, Just a short question - I'm currently using the carver setup with the white and green foil, looking to move into the spitfire. Is it possible to use the spitfire mast with the original white and green fuselage + wings? Is it possible to use the spitfire fuselage with the white and green wings? ...

Re: Gong strutless v2

If you're still after a 12m strutless, I'm selling my 12m Storm voyager 3, practically new condition. used it around 5 times before moving to clouds..

Re: Zeeko Mini Pocket

Hey, Im riding the mini pocket.. Great board, low weight and never nosedives due to great nose scoop.. Wouldn't recommend to a beginner foiler due to small size, but i use it for wave riding - super responsive and due to small size easy to throw around at any angle and lean into carves.. For lightes...

Re: Is the 9 mtr XR5 the best kite on the planet for us average joes who like to jump?

Hey, are you guys actually interested to hear from XR5 riders? If yes, I can give my impressions. 9m is really super sweet. Low end is strong and jumping strong even moderately powered. Did 35ft jumps on it in moderately powered conditions. Can't wait to see what it does when I am loaded on that th...

Re: Core XR5 high bar pressure?

Hey,
Been riding the xr5 9m on the past two weeks or so, 16 to 25 knots, medium settings - bar pressure is not high at all.. (coming from gts4)
This kite is more lively than the xr4 in my opinion, great handling and quick enough for powered looping :)

Re: Kitesurfing in June in Israel : where is the best spots?

June is either Eilat or the sea of Galilee. In the sea of Galilee you get 16-25 knots every day from around 2pm until sunset, Eilat in this season is around 70% wind ranging 15-25 aswell. Mideterenian sea - mostly afternoon breeze, decent for foiling but not much more. Some days bat galim and kiryat...

Re: Screws loosening themselves ?

I had much less luck than all of you. Lost a zeeko foil to the ocean due to screws coming undone (LF happy foil board with Zeeko G&W). It happened some 400m from the shore, and all I had left in the rails of the board were 2 screws completely bent, probably due to the other 2 sliding out and then th...

Re: LF Solo 2017 test

In my opinion the solo in the 12+ sizes is slow and too grunty to foil.. high bar pressure and on the 12 I feel uncomfortable at 11 knots.. sold it (2016 solo). Their line isn't going for HF use, but just LW riding, so I guess no news in this version for us.
