Re: Flysurfer soul 7m and 9m vs other sizes

All Souls have this PMAs!
Normally you don’t need to use them.

For more stability shorten B-0,5cm and C-1cm at the mixer.

If you shorten PMAs on bottom sail, you’ll get more performance.
I only did it at the 2 or 3 PMAs in the tips, not in the center of the kite.

I prefere Diabloline/Turboline.
This will be much better!

At the Aurora shortening B-2cm will make it more stable.
The A15 has lower aspect and is less „sporty“.

Re: sonic 2 18m for light wind foiling

Personally from the kite i owned or tested in very light, i would put Pulsion 18 first , then pulsion 15, then PL Aero 17m, then sonic2 exaequo with my "new" Elf joker5 15m. I learned first flies withmy Onda an 18m Pulsion! You do not have to care about it in the air! What about 11m or 13m Peak4? I...

How does your mixer trimm looks like?
I use B=-1 and C=-2 which gives it a stable and solid setup.

Re: Will Wingfoiling lead people into Kitesurfing?

Definitely some deep rooted problem with longwhitecloud and kite foilers   Meanwhile in my part of the Southern Hemisphere there has been a massive increase in kite foiling. Not only have I had good sales of new kite foil equipment, good secondhand kite foil equipment has come onto the ma...

Marker Alpinist. Amazing binding, so far I'd say on par with my Marker Chester. Difficult to get in in the beginning, but you'll get used to it.

Re: Trainer kite on a paddleboard

Buy a wing. Much better for land as takes up less space, less risky for you and bystanders or beach goers, and works in much more gusty winds. And perfect for the whole family on a SUP, to have fun, eventhough upwind not really possible. And yourself, get a wingfoil board later of course. You also ...

Re: Flysurfer Soul

Thanks for the info, what's the maximum wind you can self launch 9m sonic 3? I guess this is where the practical limit of foil kites vs LEI ..I'd want a kite I can self launch in 25 knots but of course skill level is variable ...Have seen videos of Soul launching in pretty high wind Self-Launching ...
