Langeree performed great. His boardoffs look so smooth.
Just think Richman and Whaley have that little extra both in regard to unhooking and rotations. If they land their tricks, they are tough to beat.

Re: Help needed - PU-cover sealing

Core offers the safety line in the PU as a replacement line. With the old bar, I watched the youtube video on how to do it, and found it looked hard, which is why our local shop did it. They told me it was tedious, and then the swivel didn't work anymore. Both the old bar and this Pro bar got their ...

Re: Help needed - PU-cover sealing

Thanks for the tips. The Core PU is really something: look at this thread from last year, where my previous Core bar had a similar, but worse problem: https://kiteforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=2402115&p=1044426#p1044426 The local shop replaced the safety line, but this is not really easy on the Core...

Help needed - PU-cover sealing

The PU-cover on my Core safety line has pinholes from sand, as shown on the attached photo. I read that I could just seal it with silicone. Going to some stores here in Denmark, I found silicone in sprayform and silicone for caulking, but nothing fitting, and noone seemed to know what I wanted to do...

Re: So my chicken loop broke + advice

The PU tube on my Core bar recently got some small pinholes, probably because of sand getting into the hole in the bar where it passes. I am thinking about trying to cover these with silicone to prevent sand from getting in, but I am unsure what kind of silicone would fit best for covering holes in ...

Lovely!
What would you say about rocks at Haakgat?
How big is the risk that you ride a wave and get slammed into those? How many rocks are there at the different Steens between Big bay and Haakgat?

Howzit Rhyno! :-)

The information is on heresay basis from a kiter from my corner of the world, and there might be nothing to it.
Google didn't give any results for restrictions either, so I guess things are looking ok.

I will go to ZA mid november. Unfortunately we seem to be missing each other.
