Re: First impression of Gong M Pro

it will be screwed in fine ! ( it's quite a large socket, and the socket needs to be thin walled. )

Re: First impression of Gong M Pro

If necessary, the air vent valve can be removed for cleaning. use an appropriate size socket and unscrew anticlockwise. the valve can be dunked in fresh water to wash away any salt crystals that may have accumulated. be very careful not to over-tighten the valve when refitting, finger tight is enoug...

Re: CSC Shape vs. Short Traditional - Small to Medium Surf

Hope this story helps, I am 74kg, so similar weight , For the past two years have been riding a F-one Mitu 5'8 in carbon, light stiff, fast, and carves beautifully on waist to head high waves, and gunny enough for the bigger high wind days. Re: I think we have a Troll problem

The identifying thing about 'trolls' , is that they are the type of person you chat to in a pub, then ten minutes later you wish you hadn't.

the only thing any kite video ever shows is the skill of the kiter. is that for sale somewhere?
Very true ! and sadly, Kit is never a substitute for skill, I'm resigned to that :(

Re: naish pivot: 11 or 12m size?

Haven't ridden the 2020's, but the 2019 12m is good for me on a "surf board" directional in the 14-22 knot range, I also weight 75 kg. I think the 11m might be better for jumping, as it would be operating more comfortably in that wind range. at 22knots on the 12m I'm on full 'handbrake'.

Re: Reedin Phoenix. Born again

April 1st ?

Naish Helix was probably my favourite kite, seemed fast in a straight line, and incredibly stable.

if it's not an April Fool, it would be great to see Reedin evolve the design.

When this is over. Kite like you stole it, carve like an Artist, boost like a bird, we get one chance. some even don't get that.
