Re: Lieuwe Falcon opinions please

My board Lieuwe Falcon 137X40.5, me: - 71 kg (naked, no wetsuit etc), height 175 cm, foot pad position 3. My review on the features that I’m interested in, no particular order: - 1) Comfort - the board doesn’t just ride through chop it glides the term “magic carpet ride” definitely applies to this b...

Re: Duotone SLS Bladders

Common sense prevails. I'm so glad Core did not go the Durex "thinner is better" route as explained by Steven (14.33). We all know what the consequences of a leaking bladder is!!! That's
why I will continue to buy Core kites.

Re: New harness time - any recommendations?

Thanks for the feedback - with the Elite do you find it rides up at all? Does the ladder lock keep it in place? Also how bulky is it? I checked out the Stealth at a local shop (Vision just outside Stavanger) and I was really impressed with how light and low profile it was but I really want to avoid...

Re: Core XR8 - The Ultimate High

Now that the XR8 has been out for a little while, anyone been able to ride one? Any actual noticeable changes? I've owned a 12 & 9m XR6, XR7 now XR8 all flown on the pro bar with the freeride setting. I'm an average freerider not into massive loops. Only flown the XR8 12m to date my immediate notic...

Re: Core XR8 - The Ultimate High

Flew the 10 on land today in light breeze It’s definitely been on a diet and a few changes to make tuning better/easier Rear pig tails thinner/but now with graduated measurements telling you the length depending on what loop on the wingtip you use Front bridle has a longer take off on it that iOS e...

Re: Airush Lift Kite Version 3

Hi Mike, Many thanks for your V3 performance review. I’m not into massive kite loops but like:- big jumps, great hang time, great wind range and a quick turning kite which these new generation of 5 strut kites offer. Very interested in the new bridle configuration which seems to go some way in answe...

Re: Harness size

Hi everyone, I am trying to choose my first waist harness. I have all my wetsuits in size m and they fit me well. I have ordered two Ride Engine Saber ( S and M ). After trying them I have discovered this differences. S size: + harness is not moving - is not giving me to much lower back support as ...

Re: Ride engine new spreader bar system - opinions?

There is a french kitesurf group on Facebook (One Launch Kiteboarding) where many users have had issues with the new system. One of the many photos of what happened to te riders : After opening/closing the harness, it creates a smal crack that quickly enlarge. I was very interested in this harness,...
