Re: Let's Talk wetsuits and drysuits

Dry/bag suits are tough in the ocean where you have big waves. The last thing you want is board off in the impact zone with your kite in the drink and you bobbing round like the goodyear blimp in your body bag. I kite in the North East US all year round and my rule of thumb is water plus air = 90 de...

Re: Please help with with access issues in New York

Re: Neil Hutchinson about Florida Accident

fokiten or his newly assumed handle has continued to posture round the kevin kearny kitemare. what is the point? should we continue to burrow our heads in the ground and wait for the next idiot to go out in a tropical storm using a traction kite to injure himself or others and endanger kiting access...

Re: IKO and it's Illigal activities in Cabarete

hmmmm I do not understand your gripe with IKO and why you started this thread. IKO offers their instructor course in the DR as they do in a number of windy locations. If you haven't noticed there is tremendous poverty on the island and locals that take the IKO end up working in local schools that in...

This is a recent occurence and the power is normally off for 2 1/2 hours in...
