Thanks for the feedback guys ! For the bounces (only one ballistic movement), it's a sport specific exercise (handle passes specific) so you don't need to compare with an other discipline which is totally different. Yes, kind of soft bounces especially for the upper limbs "Arm reach". It can be negative for the tendon - ligaments of course if you do this in the hardest way, so start with soft ballistic movement.
