Re: Best foostrap/pads nowadays?

Personally find the North / Duotone Entity the best pads / straps out there, loads of adjustability and really comfortable, the latest models also have really nice lateral support for the back of the foot. Have never managed to break any myself but have certainly heard reports of this. Can't imagine...

Re: Lieuwe boards

The Shotgun rides really well but I’d say it’s a pretty stiff board, not a lot of flex even at the tips.

Re: Minehead Kitesurfing?

Local area has never been defined so I’m not sure - my closest beach is not far away - much closer than Minehead, but we live about 300m from the Devon border and strictly speaking we were not allowed to go into Devon (which was tier 3) even though there’s a chance we do it every day just walking th...

Re: Minehead Kitesurfing?

Re: Minehead Kitesurfing?

Yes I know that! Local info about tides, launch sites (apparently can launch at lifeboat station but looks pretty dodgy to me), looks like low tide could be an issue due to estuary mud, exposed rocks and poles etc. Simple enough to work out what winds it works on!

I've never kitesurfer there and don't particularly want to rock up unless I can get a session in. The tide ap...

If the opinions outed on here are reflective of the general population than I’m unsurprised about the rapid spread of the virus in many countries.

Re: Please help to open SA beaches for kitesurfers

2020 did not have record low deaths due to cancer and other causes - quite the opposite due to massively reduced levels of care as a result of covid, early deaths from many other diseases, especially cancer, are much higher this year.

Re: Is Surfing better than Kitesurfing? | Get High with Mike

Wave boosting - also my favourite type of kiting. Luckily I’m much better riding waves in one direction and much better boosting the other way so works perfectly...
