Re: Good luck Caribbean and South Florida

Good luck to everyone. Wish I could do something to donate, here in Louisiana we were extremely lucky. My parents live in texas and places were flooded that we have never seen water before. Need to find somewhere shipping stuff that away. I'm sure people will need everything. I just hope they had th...

My balance kinda sucks, I wouldnt have thought that since I can paddle board and kneeboard and what not? Oh well getting one step closer. I plan on using it every day or...

Re: First flight with trainer

Our wind here on windy days is about 12 knots, and it was pretty easy to control the 3 meter kite (I weigh about 175 lbs, however I'm not sure what the weight ratios are yet so I'll leave that for yall to decide.) I guess I'm' so new that I'm hearing this as opposed to that, not sure which way to g...

Re: Am I jinxed?

I'm not a physical therapist or even in that field but I highly agree with the exercises. I have been dealing with an IT band injury in my leg for about 6 months now and it stems from having weak hips. If your job requires you to sit down alot then this can result in the little muscles in the front ...
