Re: quick release ejecting accidentally

I have a bar like that as a spare bar. Tried to figure out how it could happen. If something pulls the trigger (red piece) and the metal lever is pointing upwards it can fall back into place before the the trigger is back in place. Maybe the lever can just bounce back too. When i pushed the trigger ...

Re: Running Splice Cleat

I don't think you can patent rope only solutions.
It's like patenting a knot... The hard part is another thing

The ronstan system is an idea that they've got from sailracers who have used the locking slider rope system for years in trapeeze solutions an more.

I had the same problem, rear lines where to long.
I made a knot on each rear line connector. Problem solved.

Re: Anyone tried foiling with a wing?

The wave riding looks good but the rest doesn't look very exciting. Barely on the foil with pump assistance. A bit more powered upwind and still the same waveriding can be awesome.
Much nicer than Sup foiling and less hard work than pump foiling though.

Re: New pro Gong foil wings?

The surf M is 1243cm2. 70cm The Surf pro M is a bit more than 1000cm2. 69cm The Surf Pro L is around. 1200cm2 77cm The Surf pro XL is around. 1880cm2 9...

Re: New pro Gong foil wings?

"I am also looking at Gong foils but their kite wings range is very limited. The standard wing is 712cm2 while the big one is 1092cm2. Do you think the 712cm2 is a good option for a beginner? The equivalent wing on other kite brands is about 800/850cm2. By the way, Gong naming convention for their ...
