Re: Flysurfer Peak 4

I am over 95kgs and was riding axis Tray 94 with 820 front wing. In this wind I had a fantastic ocean session with the 6m. My friend was on a 12 Soul. He changed down to 8 Soul but was struggling sometimes. For me this was the perfect opportunity on the lower end of the 6m range. Kite was great sta...

Re: Best Kite for Big Air Boosting / for 70kg

I using 7m rebel (2015 year) from about 22 knots, its nice very trustfull kite, but for big air jump is not enough wind, even 30 knots for 7m kite rebel if to use for jumps is not so much wind. I must usualy use my 10m rebel for jumps till wind about 26 knots easy and much much nicer jumps, longer h...

Re: Flysurfer Peak 4

Thank you for first peak 6m review. Maybe can you tell which LEI kite size Peak 6m is equivalent in power and turning? As LEI 8-9 m? Can you describe in percents how much its slower in turning and playfullness comparing with Peak 5m?

Re: Kiteboarding 2021 Predictions

Very good question is do we really want double or triple digits of new kiters in our spots? I don’t. This must be sport only for selected people not masses. I dont want that my spots will look like traffic in busy street with shoping masses. And as we jave in general limited number of spots (at leas...

Re: Incredible Lofting Story From The Great Lakes

But he was really good big air jumper, strange how he can’t manage to land safe from suddent lift? Maybe there was not 6m lift but something as 20m? Or he hit water bottom with head if was broken neck? Very very sad that such possitive people taken to heaven before natural time. RIP

Re: How to untangle a hydrofoil from a bar

Happened to me the first time this summer after 6 years foiling. I wasn't far from shore, but felt that once I'd pulled my safety there wouldn't be a lot more I could do except hope someone grabbed my kite when it reached the beach. Instead I decided to spend a few precious seconds trying to extric...

There is also Swiss brand Switch kites. They have direct sales and really very good prices. Their Nitro, elements kites are very well known. Also there is RRD or TEN kites which are also in low prices.

Re: How to untangle a hydrofoil from a bar

This is most dangerous moment in foiling. There is few videos of such accidents. Still i think best way is to push safety, especially if high wind and you are near shore. This is as game with knifes. Also was few year ago was video when riders with boots (on tt) tangle to lines, result was open brok...
