Re: Infexion Seatbelt Quick Release

@Aspiremr, Not Evan ... but I think I can answer your question. The seatbelt quick release has a leash anchor point on the main body on the kite side of the swivel, so you attach the end of your leash that is currently attached to your harness, to the marked SS ring. 6AAC6B3F-8FFA-48BB-8486-1F46CA5...

Re: Infexion Seatbelt Quick Release

Evan, I'm new to foil racing, and just started using a race bar with a depower line that ends in a ring below the bar. This connects to a Wichard, which remains permanently attached to my harness, using Dyneema. Leash is only there for accidental release of Wichard to avoid loss of kite, no flag out...

Re: flysurfer soul 15m ?

There are two guys in my home spot who own a Soul 15 and they're both very happy with it, to be honest more than with the 12. I don't know why but everyone who buyed a set of Souls told me that 8, 10 and 15 are amazing, the 12 is maybe the "worst" size. No particular problems but the overall flying...

Re: One kite flysurfer soul

Definitively get the 9m.. I was just about to write a post saying this - I have 4 foil kites but will only use the 9m from now on.. It has an amazingly good bottom end and able to hold it down in 30 knots until you send it. Both TT and foil board is fun and geez it has some good boost and hangtime....

Re: Upwind/Downwind Technique?

I’m using different sizes, but in 10 to 14 knots on a 15 Mt soul, a Moses T60 board, with a Vorace mast (101 Cm) and a 590 wing. Weight 95 Kg’s. My angle to the wind is ok, but on the downwind run I always seem to be vertical, upright on top of the board, which is not so stable. How do you get the b...

Re: Upwind/Downwind Technique?

Thanks for the information. I’ve jsut started on my racing journey. Does anyone know of any good videos or similar tutorials on correct stance for downwind. I find upwind I have no problems. BUt downwind I jut can’t seem to get pointed anywhere near enough down wind, and the crashes I am having at s...

I have a 590/325 or /330 that I will sell. In Europe though.
Thanks for the offer, but postage to Australia is probably prohibitive.

Moses Foil Upgrade 590, 633 or 683

HI All I recently learned to foil on a Cabrinha Double Agent. I was at the stage where I could gybe on the foil and complete 90% of those gybes, but had to touch down for my foot switch. I recently got the opportunity to upgrade to a Moses Vorace which was second hand and in my price range. It is a ...

Re: Is the Cabrinha Double Agent a good board to start with?

I bougth a 2017 second hand CAb DA in January this year. LOVE IT. It is definitley a foil you will grow out of in a season, depending on how often you get out. But it is suer friendly and so much fun. I started on a 60Cm mast, and that was great for the first half a dozen or so sessions. THen moved ...

Re: Best Foil for Absolute Beginner?

Above post by Flysurfer sums it up from my experience. Short mast makes the initial sessions so much easier. Im 2 months in to the learning journey, on a Cabrinha DOuble Agent. Great foil to learn, but I can already feel I will outgrow it quickly. Have watched friends variously learn on an Axis, the...
