Fiberglass brushes would work great, as long as you don't over-scrub and/or breath the ground-up fiber dust. Instead of Amazon, maybe try your local electronics supply first, if you have that option.
SS replied to my question. They sure do have great customer service. Should have just asked them first. The "9" in the images is just something the graphics dept uses on most of their web site kite images. I was hoping for a 9m though... -B Off their website... Unfortunately, I don't think we'll see...
Anybody know if the Ghost V2 is going to be available in a 9m? SS web site has pictures of the 9m on their product page, but the pricing and specs only list even sizes in the 4 to 12 range.
BTW, Happy Summer everyone!
@joekitetime, Re: 790 & 633 - I got the W790 used for $150, in very good condition. And it worked with my existing 633 kite kit, without having to buy a new fuse/stab or a need to shim. Think it will be a good first foil for my winging progression. It has allowed me to skip over the huge low-aspect ...
@merl, Warning: Geek speak ahead... Using the metal based anti-seize products would be better than nothing, but they would all create a nice and black mess to wipe off. Don't think there wold be an issue with causing any additional corrosion, especially with the moly disulfide type, but there are be...

The latter is prone to wearing [and corrosion] thru the grommets, which causes a sharp edge where the line passes thru the bar. Since most of the line w...
A few more comments. Sorry, I am infected with material science... I'm currently using lanolin, because it does a decent job of controlling corrosion and you can wipe it off, or use a solvent to help remove it. FluidFilm, lanolin based, is the most popular product used as a spray-on vehicle undercoa...
Go to a decent health food store [Whole Foods?] and just buy a small tub of lanolin. As a lotion, its normal use, It's awesome for dry hands and feet. If you only use your foil in freshwater, you can get away with infrequent disassembly and lubing. In saltwater, especially locations like the TX Gulf...
Update, after my first half-dozen sessions with the Moses W790 [68cm mast in shallow SPI water]. Grafting a Moses front foil to a SS fuse - Even though the curve of the Moses wing against the Phantasm fuselage doesn't exactly match, the W790 mounted to the Phantasm 710 fuselage works just fine. Mayb...
