Those bubbles will have zero appreciable affect on how the harness feels or it strength. It is cosmetic only and since you have to be very close or zoomed in to see it, meh, complain if ya want to, but it is all for naught. It does not look like something that I would warranty if I were the company...

I've seen a couple of the Ride Engines cracking but that doesn't look the same, are you sure it's not scratches?

No scraps. They also run under the edge of the protective rubber grip.
