Re: Camber fatality

It always surprises me that there is even a small amount of doubt about the benefits of helmets. Look at almost all professional sports where the athlete travels faster than a human can run...they all use helmets. For a good reason. Oh and I am still waiting for the guy who is going to say he doesn...

What's with the under hand way of holding that bar though? Foil (kite) people are strange indeed!

Re: Naish Pivot 2020

That valve is on my SUP. It's a different nozzle then what is used now. Yeah. They say in the video that every kite comes with an adapter to the pumps. How do you like the nozzle for your iSup? It's pretty nice. Doesn't leak, easily holds the 15-20 psi you put in. Will be a little nicer to pack up ...

Re: Any place to buy a sand anchor that's safe?

Yes, you fill the bag with sand. I always have a little length of tubular webbing and a climbing carabiner with me at the beach. the webbing works great for attaching to fixed objects. To be honest I've never used an Ikea bag, but have used a kite compression sack many times. An Ikea bag is cheaper ...

Re: Any place to buy a sand anchor that's safe?

I can put 300 pounds of sand in my bag in 2 minutes and it was $30 all in. I really like the idea that if the pull is too large the bag just slowly drags instead of losing your kite after a failure to hold. I believe the filled bag is the way to go :thumb: I am looking for a suitable bag. May be yo...
