Cabrinha release date for 04 products?

Hi all,

Anyone knows when Cabrinha will be releasing their 04 products? Last year I believe it happened mid January? Can we expect the same for this year as well?

Thanks.

Re: Advise on size of Cabrinha Flare surfboard

Hey Mike, Most of our team riders that are your size go for the 5'1. This might sound short but the board has a very wide nose and tail so it rides larger than most expect. The 5'0 Method is also a really great board. The Flare will have a more fishy classic surf feel (I strongly recommend small qu...

Re: Board for cruising

If you are interested in a board like mako and you live in Europe, I would strongly advise for a custom nomad wave board. (More or less the same money in Europe but no comparison between them) Are you sure the nomad is of a similar cost? Online I see it costing around €2k and the Mako and Dream Rid...

Dakine and Cabrinha unite. Thoughts?

Hi all,

What are your thoughts on this new development? Seems like good news to me considering Dakine’s latest news to drop their wind products.

Efficient way of learning new moves/tricks?

Hi all, I have been kitesurfing for almost 2 years and I am now at a point that I can do jumps, transitions and a few tricks. I am able to do some of these while riding only on one direction while others I am able to do when riding only the opposite direction. This is due to the fact that it was mor...

Re: Changing to RideEngine harness - pain on sides of pelvis

There must be something off here. Do you have quite a belly? I just measured my waist and it is around 89cm relaxed and around 82/84cm when I tighten the harness. I gave the small version to my sister and dont have it here anymore for a test but I was able to fit that one aswell. How do you tighten...

Fixing crossed lines while at sea

Hi, When trying new things while kitesurfing I sometimes get myself in the situation that due to slack lines while the kite is in the water, the kite does a flip and the lines cross symmetrically (inner lines with outer lines). I always end up relaunching, kiting out, landing the kite and fixing the...

Re: Changing to RideEngine harness - pain on sides of pelvis

My height is 181cm / 5’ 11” and I weigh 76kg / 167lbs. Before buying I also tried the M and it was definitely too small. The velcro in the front would barely close. I am fairly confident the size is right. That is weird. I am 186cm and currently 87kg and the medium fits me nicely. I have the 2019 p...
