Re: What's the best waist harness?

I’ve tried ride engine and the majestic x on a shop and due to have felt the ride engine pinching my ribs at that time, I’ve ended up getting the majestic. Its super comfortable, clickbar 4 works well ( but you need to keep it clean from sand and best if lubricate after few sessions otherwise will b...

Xr5 15m lightwind? Or

Hi! Has anyone flew the Core XR5 15 m lw? Any idea how much this kite weight? I have the 12m and it is a truck however it barely stays in the air in light winds (let say 10 to 15 kts). The smaller kites that guys use were I am living now are 15m, but mostly are on 17m. Most of them using surf or foi...

Re: Legal Question ! Any Lawyers on Here?

I would first contact a university and raise the question. They could in a couple of weeks take some samples and create a numerical model of the local water circulation (if that haven't been done yet, what is unlikely) then a dispersion/ decay model for the pathogenic material. There is a lot of aca...

Re: Tefgel

For gear that needs to stay for months deployed in the sea, I use Copaslip or Loctite antiseize heavy duty. It works very well, and both are cheaper than Tefgel. I use those mostly in treaded connections of underwater cables. Need to confirm if is suitable for aluminum, but most likely yes.

Kitesurfing in Mauritânia

Few months ago I’ve seen an edit about kitesurfing in Mauritania. Does someone have info about the region, specially nearby Nouackchott? Any support (kiteschool ou agency, transport etc)?
The only thing I know is that is quite windy (and a little dodgy) there!
Thanks

Re: Kite Mag Kite and Board Test Results 2019

I like reading tests, but sure thing you can identify when a specific brand is being pushed too hard. I think for most of the people Is not so easy to actually test different brands, i dont know in other countries but in Brazil, apart from Ceará, generally you will find one or two brands in each reg...

I am not a big fan of Apple either, however I’ve got an Apple watch 2 as a gift, that I’ve been using it for about a year for everything: kite, surf, swimming, gym etc. Does the trick
If i was going to buy I would favor Suunto.

Re: XR6 Release

The Pro Bar to my knowledge is the lightest bar on the market, which does carry other penalties, you simply can't have super light and super durable imv, It's just not the way things work, just because something is expensive, it doesn't mean it'll last forever and certainly not the abuse of high wi...

Hawaii in April/May

Hello fellow windhunters, I'm fortunate enough to finally have the opportunity to visit the holy land of kitesurf/surf, Hawaii. It means so much to me as a ocean lover, human and scientist that is hard to describe... and I am glad that this opportunity showed up after i've been kitesurfing for a cou...
