Don't overthink neither board or kites, since you have Evo and switchblade get any board just in the right size, I would takie one size bigger if I was a beginner. Easier to get going more forgiving in transitions turns and you have ride it at lower wind.

I'm on team thinner lines make less drag making kite more responsive, new Duotone lines on bar and kite are very thin comparing to let say Core. I don't see how line thickness would affect stretchability. DT has SK99 on their bars isn't?

Funny enough I was testing Reach ‘21 and during jumps felt kite vibrating through rear lines. This kite was used as it was tested at the end of season.
