The kite villa looks really nice but off my budget unfortunatly so ill plan to stay at a hostel in town and use the moto taxi to go kiting.

Cool, what about getting to the Santa-Domingo bay area from all the hostels in town, looks like few kilometers away. is there any taxi service or transport possibilities to go kiting every day if i dont have a car. Thanks again
