Re: DIY Neo Strutless?

Hi there. I have a bunch of wainmans and an extra 7m. I'd like to consider strut removal as well. I know the kites fly w/o because from time to time a strut valve will leak and I will come in and notice a flat strut! Didn't realize it till I came in. Curious about your opinion on the wainmans (remov...

Re: Moses 2019

Foilers! I just read thru maybe 200-300 Moses posts, and my head is now officially spinning! I'll be out on the water here shortly which should calm things down. I currently ride a Moses 91cm 633/483 w/no modifications on a dwarf craft 3'6" and I am very happy and competent/confident riding. What wo...

Re: carbon vs Alu mast

Yes, 2 different wings. Technically I should have only swapped masts, but in most cases I don't think that is an option. But I did test a "run of the mill" slingshot hoverglide setup w/a H2 wing (2018 fsurf) and compared it to the 2019 carbon ghostwhisperer 91 and I think as far as that goes the tes...

Re: carbon vs Alu mast

Howdy. I've been agonizing this dilemma and finally got the opportunity to do some back to back tests over the weekend. Foils: 2019 ghostwhisperer 2 91cm (space skate design). 2018 fsurf h2 wing, all slingshot... Board: 3'6" dwarfcraft w/straps. My take: The carry: It sucked, I mean it was the absol...

Re: Cabrinha foil double agent on a crazyfly f-lite board

I have the exact same board and the same problem with my slingshot aluminum mast/plate attachments. I also have a foil mount on another board. I also have a ghostwhisperer that fits on the board like a glove. Here is my recommendation: get a carbon foil for that particular board. It is a sweet setup...

Re: Crazyfly F-Lite for intermediate?

Hi there. I just started riding that board, and have the crazy fly 130 as well. Last week I rode the chill 130x44 and then a few days later started riding the flite 115x44. I love them both and find them very easy to ride! I wish I would have got the 99x44 though! Easy to ride, love the boards! I'd ...

Re: Strapless foil aid?

The mini surfboard has no footstrap inserts, otherwise I could attach something to the deck!

Strapless foil aid?

Hi there. Over the weekend I tried to ride a super floaty surfboard around the size of a dwarf craft 3'6" with a heavy aluminum foil and could not get going to save my life, strapless. I can easily ride strapless with my other setup - super low volume small board and carbon foil. Back in the day, go...

Riding Styles and best foils for curvy carving...

Hi there loyal to the foil foilers! I've been foiling about 3 months. Addicted. Just sold my ss hoverglide and dwarfcraft yesterday. Considering today what to buy next. What interests me about foiling is pumping up super small kites and riding in foiling circles in the smallest place possible. I can...

Re: Looking for my first foil board (surf+kite foiling)

I surf and kite. I kite with surfboards and kiteboards. In my experience there is no board that you can kite on, then go surf on, foiling or otherwise. Surfboards need to be light, kiteboards are heavy because they are strong, for the most part. Just my 2 cents. I think you can share the foil as lon...
