Hi Carlos If the wind was stronger on your second launch, then i guess that you had problems to fully inflate the Sonic. Then the ears shake and collapse to the middle. Wasn't me. Just an example. Make sure bottom and decklaminate have a solid connection with wood and Epoxy mixed with cotton to bed in the inserts. Laminat some patches of carbon in different sizes on the bottom. Fill the inserts with wax and make a template to find the holes for carefully drilling ....

Pierrot, super nice board. Whats the weight it came out?.
Did you use some spezial EPS-polystrene. Higher density 25-30kg EPS or normal 15kg? Do you jump your first board?

The trick with Pu glue: It needs only few seconds of 100°C water . The Pu glue has a narrow temperature window. 90°C is often not enough, the time in the water is not important. If you wait to long, water Temperaturen goes down from 99° to 94°Pu glue is hard again.

The glue between the blanks must be cutable with the wire, so epoxy does not work
