Re: 2021 Duotone Kites poor construction quality ?

Adding my experiences with Duotone: Rebel 10 2021: stitches opened spontaneously where the bridles are attached to the leading edge. Rebel 8 2021: First session out of the nylons - bladder exploded while flying —> duotone replaced the bladder within warranty. First session after the bladder was repl...

The downside of the swimming workout is that it will often think that you're not swimming and buzz your wrist to ask to stop/pause the ac...

Foilers that switch to TT above 15-16 knots

Question to all foilers that enjoy foiling up to 15-16 knots and then switch to TT and enjoy hooked freestyle up to 30+ knots: which kites size/s do you use? I weight 66-68 kg, I currently have 12m and 9m from my pre-foiling period and i'm wondering what would be the right sizes for my next upgrade ...

Re: Help! How to repair a cracked foil wing?

If you're not an expert now, you could be by the time you're finished repairing it. It's something you need to do in stages. Clean all the broken chunks and paint off it. Sand/file it to get down to solid material. Probe any gaps or holes with a pin and see if they go all the way inside. If the top...

Re: Chafing / bruises from binding - recommendations?

what is your riding style? do you jump a lot? if so, try landing always with the tip of your board facing downwind, it will reduce the amount of pressure and therefore friction your foot straps produce against your feet.
