If you call or message Gerrit in You-love-it before buying. Ask does he have the items in stock. He might even give you a better deal if you say you'll buy everything off him 👍 I have bought a few bits off him. He isn't quickest but he certainly is cheap. In my experience he does try and sort out or...

I was very close to get the Dice last year, but waiting for new and stronger lines! 8)
What is the changes to the Duotone lines? Is this the bar lines?

I just bought a 2020 Trust bar. I actually like the lines. Super easy to unravel.

Take a look some single strut kites maybe. They will be easier for a new kiter. They fly better underpowered and relaunch super easy.

Re: Nick Jacobsen - Crane Jump 2.0

You know you are about to see something crazy when Nick Jacobsen is wearing a helmet 🤣

Cool stunt though. I'd say the walk out the crane is the most dangerous part.

Re: Douton whip pro vs whip, is there a difference?

I am definitely not a expert in regards surfboards but I recently bought a regular whip from a Duotone Store. I was advised by the shop assistant who seemed to know his stuff to go for a regular construction for my first board as it has strap inserts and is a stronger build than that of the pro cons...

As someone who reads this forum on a daily basis (multiple times per day when at work) I would like to contribute through either crowd funding, patreon or the buying a coffee type thing.

Re: kites for foiling

And the relaunch is much better, my Boxers have much better relaunch than my Pivots.. 2 points as above- a single strut kite that is ultra light and in the right hands will relaunch very easily, i demoed a lot of different brands to find my choice over a year ago, for me the best was the ozone alph...

Re: kites for foiling

Some good points and information above but I think relaunch is a massive factor in regards foiling.

My single strut relaunches so easily compared to my other kites 👍
