Re: vietnam winds this season....

Hi, I've got a little time in Vietnam next week although I'm flying in and out of Hanoi. Mui Ne looks a long way south. Anyone know of any spots further North, or is it worth my while heading down there? Perhaps a domestic flight to HCMC? Got two weeks with my wife who also kites, but we want to do ...

I also prefer waist in the waves. leverage is less and it squeeeezes your ribs in the jumps, but it rotates around nicely for the toeside ride down the line.

waist harneses seem to transfer the load through your soft bits when twisted like that, but it's still okay once they go numb

gaastra sky pro 133 previously rode twin tip, then directional for a year each this board is very good. most people pick it up and say it's heavy. heavy? so what? great for chop great in waves - very loose but carves well too rides twin tip fine - ideal for those 'get out of there quick' moments in ...

Mine took 3 weeks, but they were out of stock when I ordered. The shipping is quick - the stock wait took the time. Customs was about 20% - FedEx won't release the packet until you pay. I'd take no notice of people slagging off Best. I gave mine a good seeing to in Naxos and they're great kites. and...

I have no intention of moaning or preaching here. I have to say though, that people who grumble about ''tree huggers'' ought to have a good look around them and read a book or two. In this country, so many people are completely blind to the consequences of their actions (generally that is - not just...

So, has anyone figured out a good way to get to the beach without driving? How about a bicycle trailer? Imagine, your wheelie coffin rolling at the back of your bike! Good point about the fish. I've heared many stories about kiteboards colliding with fish, turtles etc. When I was in Australia, I nea...
