depower lines and splicing

I'm in the process of converting my flysurfer dual strap pull bar to a clam cleat without the FS kit. I'm modeling my work both on the newer Infinity bars with clam cleat but also on the depower line of a race bar I have. Both seem to have dyneema (Amstel blue?) spliced into some other type of line ...

Re: Bridle line replacement

Are you guys creating a Brummell splice with this line? And if so, using a guitar string as a tool? I've never spliced lines before but have been watching videos. Looks ok with Amsteel or something thick, but having a tough time imagining it on fishing line.

Bridle line replacement

Broke a rear bridle line on a Concept Air pulsion. Any idea where to get replacement line? It’s the really thin white line. Last time I broke one on an FS kite I was able to buy direct from FS but at significant cost for shipping. TIA

Re: Missing kitesurfer found after spending night on marshland

I carry a garmin in reach mini in a waterproof soft plastic case in my NP high hook or drysuit pocket. It could also easily be hung around the neck (in waterproof case) and under a rash guard/shirt. I believe it's $11 USD/mo for limited 2 way texts so I can make non-emergency communications like ask...

Re: Pansh Aurora 3

Long ass review of the 9m Aurora 3 UL 1: I'm no pro you-tuber, so this is not an awesome video. 2: I flew on the North Y bar out of convenience/safety. Will rig with a V bar at a later date. 3: Lots of my comments while flying are garbled so I tried to include a TLDR in description. 4: Go easy on me...

Pepe meme = instant disqualification
Yes, it is now bigotry to "send in the clowns". Cant wait to see what's next!
Bigotry? Absurd to meme-ify this debate in general. Glad you all feel comfortable calling each other clowns and searching for the lowest common denominator.

Re: Chicken Loop Bye Bye?

How is your red safety line attached to one of the front lines? Trying to figure out how to setup a FLS on a flying sardine race bar. Thanks, - Alex Here is my bar and a full article about my different choices with many links (but in french sorry). Thanks for all your ideas. https://www.onekite.com/...
