How are the wind conditions in Cumbuco mid February? I keep reading that wind is good til January, but what does that mean exactly? Are we talking 12 to 15 knots on average?
My other option Im thinking about is Zanzibar which February is in season, but that might be on par or worse with Cumbuco.
