Re: 17m kite Overkill

I thought a 15m Contra kite was pretty big. A 17m is unimaginable. I guess if a 17m will fly it would definitely be a session saver? Thoughts? I fly a 17M blade fat lady in light winds. "Light", "fast", small leading edge, turns "quick". I've loved this kite as a session saver. I had (2) days in ma...

2020 Dice Bridle on 2019 Dice

I have an 8m dice that needs it’s bridal replaced. Is it possible to use the 2020 bridle on 2019 dice? I’d like to try that pulley-less setup.

Help - Compatible? 20m vs 22m Lower Flying Line Set Click Bar

Hello, I knicked the lower front flying lines on my 22/24(Large) Clickbar and need to replace them. The 22M variants are out of stock, but the 20M variants are in stock: https://shop.duotonesports.com/en-gb/lines_spares_dtk/spareparts_clickbarlines2019/pair-of-lower-front-lines-click-bar-44900--8157...

Re: Big Air/Kiteloop Progression Kites

Honest question, what’s wrong with learning kiteloops using the Neo? That was my plan. I have neos too. Seems to be a pretty quick kite. So nearly one year later, I’ve started doing boosted kite loops and boosted backroll transition kite loops learning and continuing to learn on my Neos. It’s been ...

bottom line....Neo is a dedicated wave kite, Pivot is not.
I mean I guess thats what Duotone says in their sales literature, but I really enjoy playing around on it for free riding, downwinders, boosting, etc on my twintip and playing on wind waves on my Firewire Evo.

Re: Naish Pivot vs Duotone Neo

@CAL with all due respect but comparing these kites for drift and jumping in 12m sizes is kinda useless. 12m kites will just suck in in these aspects, especially in comparison to 9-8-7 sizes and appropriate windspeeds that go with it. The Pivot 7m will outjump a Neo for sure in 30+ knots on a TT, b...

Re: Naish Pivot vs Duotone Neo

CAL, not saying you are wrong in how you experienced this, but your experience on the pivot...was it a demo? Or did you own an older version? If it was an older version Pivot now seems to have moved more towards aggressive jumps...at least when you ride well powered. Do you think familiarity with o...

Re: Naish Pivot vs Duotone Neo

Hi All, I am really anxious to hear your thoughts on how these kites compare and then especially wave capability vs freeride capabilty. I read on the forum that the Pivot is very powerfull and that is what I read in the NEO as well. Although the NEO is put as a wave specific kite it needs to tailor...
