how difficult is it obtaining perm residency in brazil? i mentioned cambodia.. because it is super cheap. and the residency formalitie are as simple and easy as it gets. puerto rico is easy for an american.... but the absolute easiest (and probably best) place for an american to retire and kite woul...

when traveling.. i'll hit the popular kite spot on arrival. (often before going to rental) just to meet locals.. learn the lay. maybe mooch a beer or 3. people in general are friendly the world over..esp when there are shared interests (like kiting) and the simple word "hi". it is amazing the power ...

i believe 2 of june flights will resume for folks without cédulas. ..i expect the beaches will be opened again for "exercising" at that time at the earliest. worst case..in early august when the hotels are supposed to re-open.
