That and the "problem" with manufacture a center hole that does not make the bar weaker so it brakes or have unnecessary wear on the lines. At least the windin...

Re: Rolling vs Concertina folding Soul

Had my soul since the begining of 2018, always roll it and havent had any problems with the plastic thingys that support the LE. They are pretty flexible and so far i haven't seen any deformed ones, just roll the kite and don't worry about it. Awesome, then I don’t need to worry or spend unnecessar...

Re: Best pumping foil?

How about optimal board volume to flatwater foil SUP start? Or optimal board volume /rider weight? Liter/kG? Or kg of rider weight per liter of board volume? I’m thinking of buying a Gong foil sup setup for flatwater foiling this fall. What board size should I get if my goal is to learn to flatwate...

Re: wake foiling

I do it with a Gong Allvator pro XL (1900 cm2). Works well! A cheaper alternative, probably more drag than the axis.

Able to surf really small wakes, a 6 m rib worked fine:)

Rolling vs Concertina folding Soul

Hi!

Just got my 10 m soul, excited to go out and try it!

I’ve found some info online saying that the leading edge support things deform if you keep the kite rolled for a long time.

Is that true and how quickly does it happen?

That's awesome, man. Love your perseverance. At a certain point, it's pride, yes?
Thanks!

Re: Foil stuck on fuselage

Thanks for all the tips!

In the end after chucking it in the freezer two times, and getting the fuse to close to 100 degrees a few times I managed to get it apart using ratchet straps. Both foil and fuselage with no damage:)
