Hi everyone, new guy here, I'm looking to go kiteboarding in April for 3 weeks somewhere in Central/South America where the water is warm :). I'm a beginner, probably need a couple more lessons as a refresher before going out on my own. I'd prefer to be next to a descent town/city so I can take Span...
