Re: DIY Neo Strutless?

I don’t like the flutter of strutless kites.

Of course North/Duotone experiment with strut less kites.

Re: Best city in world for kitesurf vacation

I like Mauritius and Maui best both for waves. Margaret River, Western Australia is 3rd. Foiling and a City then Perth and you can travel down to Augusta which is a cool place with flat water or waves. Their summertime I still wear a 3/5 wetsuit though.

Re: Aluula ? New Revolutionary Material from Ocean Rodeo

I am rather amazed that boards and more or North or cab or Naish with all their deep pockets were happy fritting away cash on glossy promo materials rather than get down to some actual materials R&D. While the kite industry players are all chasing the quick cash wing hype, OR is going to steal thei...

Re: Wingsurfing - Intel - forum topic?

If a harness is desired, why not just use the wing leash you see many use, and put it with the right length close to the wing COE so it is neutral :naughty: 8) Peter A few months ago I tried that with a spreader bar on my waist leash, kinda to see, and decided I really didn’t need one. The Duotone ...

Re: Wingsurfing Right of Way

I think windsurfers and Kiters in general, don’t expect to see someone coming from upwind straight down.

I feel that kiting I am the most maneuverable, then Windsurfing then wing-surfing, then paddling then OC 1 or canoes
