Wouldn't recommend a Peak 4 bigger than 8 meters for water use.
I am curious about your reasoning. I have a 5, 8 and 11 and truly enjoy foiling with the 11. They are slow but faster than the FS Soul according to several Soul owners. I am 220lbs using the 633 wing.

What is the low end for the 11m? Can it handle lulls staying up in the air?
I ride it with really no issues at 8knots. I am 220lbs. With a big front wing. Dude that thing will stay up when you can barely feel a breeze on your face. Flysurfer says 3 knots. I would not disagree with that.

Re: Flysurfer Peak 4

Has anyone compared the Cloud and Peak 4? Wind range 16+ knots, 80 kg on an 1100 wing chasing wind swell. Love the 6.2 Cloud but they are hard to get outside the US, need something smaller, either the 3 or 4 mtr Peak4 maybe. Sold all my clouds after riding a Peak. Had a 5, 8, 13.4D1 clouds. Was a c...

Re: Flysurfer Peak 4

I own a Peak 4 11m. I was able to get 3 different guys with Soul 12 to try the kite. Everyone was consistent in their answer, power was too close to call, and that the peak turned a little quicker and drifted better.

Re: Slingshot Apollo 60 wing

First sessions this weekend on foil. Favorite wing without question. Fast stable yet carvy when you ask it to be. Inspired a lot of confidence in me very quickly. When i breached it, i was able to continue riding. My only problem was the amount of front foot pressure needed. I have an alien air and ...

Re: Slingshot Apollo 60 wing

it was more if the mast went into the top of the wing or behind it directly on the fuselage.

Re: Slingshot Apollo 60 wing

I just got my wing today and will get to use it tomorrow. Is it supposed to mounted into the front of the fuselage or on top? I tried googling it and came up with nothing.

Re: Slingshot Apollo 60 wing

I am looking forward to it also. If it rides anywhere close to the 633, I will be more than pleased. Although I am having fun with the NF2 again. I haven't used it in about a year since I got the Infinity 84 wing for the low wind riding we have to do here. Kinda fun to go fast again!

Re: High aspect wings for kite foiling

Agree 100% with drsurf. I was a cloud rider for 7 years and just yesterday sold my last cloud. As good as they are, they do not even come close to drifting like the Peak 4. I knew with 2 minutes of riding one that i had found my new kites. Everyone who tries one becomes a better rider in the surf. T...
