This 1800 g board snapped only when me (90kg) and my friend (88kg) have stood on both sides of board and started to bounce a little. I think this strength is quite enough. 160 g spread tow cf is sheduled for next sandwich board.

But I like sandwich construction more. 200 gcf-3mm airex C. 70.75-200g cf-xps-200 g cf-airex-200g cf. It comes a little bit heavier but more rigid. And it is easier to set rocker.

One layer of 240 g cf. A strip of 20 cm wide 230g ud cf 50cm length both sides. A couple of patches 240g cf over the foil mount for compression strength. Foam is 2 cm airex c70.55.
Lamination done in two stages - top (all layers) , then bottom(all layers).

I built one 106x43 board as Merl did but the foam was 55 kg/m'3. Holds my 90 kg nice. Weighs 1750g with Eva pad. Maybe 80 kg foam is overkill?
