Re: Game changer - Onewheel teaches how to turn on a foil

Way cheaper and very effective:
Balance board (indoo board)
Waveboard (street surfboard, casterboard).
Maybe less fun but helps a lot.

Re: Slingshot Phantasm Carbon foil launch - 2020

The video says nothing. Isn't shimming a matter of the Board/foil combi? Just saying "this foil is shimless" is marketing crap, isn't it?

Beside you can't even see how somebody rides it on the water:(

Re: Foot-Switch Bad Habits: Stuck

+1 for progression vid.

The bad thing is: if you know how to do it one way you can't do all of them.

It's 4 switches: into switch and back, both to the left and right.

I can only do one of them with 99% success.

Shoes are only a very small problem for me.

Re: Moses Bolt Torque?

The first of 2 mast-to-fuselage-screws untightens itself every session, no matter how tight I screwed it. This never seemed to be a problem to me. The whole connection seems to be very stiff.

Re: what are you workin on? kitefoil strapless freestyle progression

@tkaraszewski: nice style. I like how you immediately correct your a little bit misplaced backfoot. I do that too and I think this proves that you trained it 1000 times to know exactly where the foot must be placed and at what time it's possible to correct it. I think the thing most people are worki...

My favorite is also my DaKine Vega, but with the stock hook cut off and a rope loop attached.
Before I order: how do you attach the surfrope to the hook-cut-off rest of the harness?

I remember it too. I think he mentions it in one of his KISS-bar-videos.

A party trick.

"Look what I can pull out of this teeny tiny sack!"
At least that trick works:) everybody is amazed. I'll add extra straps.

Re: Duotone 2021 Clickbar for foiling

Build your DIY KISS Bar. Seatbelt QR. No adjuster, just 55-65cm depowerthrow, depending on kitesize. So easy and way better than standard solutions.
I'm so happy with my KISS Bar. See gear builders section.
