Re: Twin tip stance width and performance

https://kiteforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=2407653&p=1110350&hilit=Knees+over+toes#p1110350 as EDT says - I assumed when saying straight it was meant over toes not straight out in front of you. Stance width is really personal and down to preference, hip structure and mobility. For knee health make su...

Re: Lieuwe boards

Which sizes did you get? Which do you like best and why? How bad are they in lower stuff? I got the 138 and 141. I'm between 93kg and 100kg, depending what phase I'm in. If I had only one board and didn't also ride a SB if have the 141. Does it all well and has better low range. The 138 is really p...

Re: Lieuwe boards

I got my shotguns end of November.

Without a doubt the best twintips I've used. Smooth through chop, plenty of grip, but still surprisingly playful when you want to break free of that grip on the surface.

Re: Naish 2021

I got my 12 last week too. Took about a week to come once the shop ordered from Naish - supplies are obviously quite different country to country.

Not had the wind to use it yet, but keen to see how the s26 compares to the 2020 12m I had and sold.

Re: Anyone try S26 Pivot 12m?

Any more reports on s26 Pivot, especially 12m? I had 2020 12m pivot, bought 6, 8 and 10 at the same time. Ended up selling the 12 and getting a boxer as didn't get on with it. Would still like a 3 strut 12 as at 100kg and over 20 knots the boxer can be a handful. Just ordered a 2022 12 , so when I ...

Re: Lieuwe boards

Absolutely hated the shotgun, but loved the Oceana, best board ive ridden out of the 10 i tested that day What did you like/dislike about each? The the choppy UK conditions the Shotgun sounds perfect reading the feedback. From what I understand the shotgun is better (read more comfortable) in chop,...

Re: Lieuwe boards

Hi Irie, I'm getting myself a shotgun and feel like in between sizes and wondered if you're still prefering the 136? Have you sold the 138 this season? I'm around 94kg and split between the 138 and 141. I have a surfboard also, so thinking 138 might be the way to go. Cheers! * I note from further r...

Re: Lieuwe boards

I am 80kg. My all round board is the Shotgun 136x40.5 with Ozone Enduro V2 7m, 9m, 12m in 16-30+ knots. I use the Shotgun 138x42 with 12m in 14-16 knots, and with an Ocean Rodeo Flite Aluula 14.5m in 14 knots or less, especially in summer. Just starting to learn strapless. You and I are more or les...

Re: Airush Session or F-one Bandit-s, or stick with my Pivots

I currently have Pivots and feeling the itch for new kites. Help me justify a change of kites (and reason for doing to to myself and more importantly the Mrs) Increasing I'm riding strapless and foil, with fewer days on the TT each season. Have had bandits before (pre Bandit-S) and liked them so no...
