Maybe someone knows, what injury that was?

(I Just understand: I hurt my Back... But what??)

(Of course IT IS Not my Business... But still would be interesting for me, what a full pro Athlet has injured - as I usually get injuries because not being a full trained pro)

20 cm is fantastic.... Best splices I have ever seen.



I do mine 50cm... And Love IT...No more tangeling at the ends of the Line....
Makes them Just a bit stiffer.

If you want a shorter bury, you can Order it from Evan.

Nice Video... But 36 knots? No offend, maybe my Windmeter measurment is wrong... If I hold that Thing Up and it Shows 36 knots ( 34-38knots) than Sand IS flying hip high... Water IS flying head high of the waves... Getting difficult to Look upwind, Getting difficult to breath while.looking upwind......

I changed from Alu V2 85cm to Moniblock V2 100cm. Frontwing xover Medium and now mainly Fluid MS (the old ones with the old Stabs. Never Had the Feeling of Not stiff enough.... But also never tried a 100 cm new Carbon Mast. A friend changed from monobloch to Carbon 92cm .. He says much more stiff......

Like Chris Heria Always says: "10 min hard ab-workout at the end of the the Gym JUST IS NOT ENOUGH". just Go for 4 Times a week, 33 min ab workout.... 42 sec active : 18 sec Rest. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Each exercise done Close to failure/vomiting🤣🤣🤣 After 3-4 month No problems with abs anymore Ha.ha.ha.... Take a old sock for feet...
Cut Off the toes....
Pull over the Strap...
After closing the Strap, Take some extra 5 Seconds and pull the sock to the right Position....

Works for me...


Ahhhh forgot: only works with a bright pink sock 😉😉😉😉
