new 13 was better than old 11. It was Peak 4.5. Its possible than new 6 will be better than 5 - or at least not worse.

Re: Flysurfer Peak 4

Just changed my foil board from 120 x 49 x 5 cm³ to 100 x 43 x 2 cm³ (length x width x thickness), in combi with the Moses W633. I found out very quickly that a "no-volume" pocket foil board is not a good combination with the Peaks to manage the very lowest end of the Peaks´ ranges... The Pe...

Re: Kiting prognosis after heart attack

I guess I'm just going to take it easy, start mowin the lawn. Then a few jumps, and work my way back to former levels but not try anything new. I am in unknown territory here. I guess I must just be introsensitive... Listen to my body. sounds like a solid plan! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3F3vj...

Re: Kitech FRS

FRS company - actually it is one designer Attila. Slower compared to how fast they can make it - of course they are much faster than FRS in bigger sizes. I dont know what we disagree at. I was answering your question - When you say not superfast, do you mean not fast turning or not fast flying (less...

Re: Kitech FRS

They tame smaller sizes - its still fast enough but not super fast. Closer cell in smaller sizes can be super fast in forward flying speed due to aerodynamic efficiency. Its best handling closed cell kite. Still you dont have that inertia less you have with peaks. But the smaller the size the less i...

Anyway - try also Peak. Its different better in some way and worse than in some way. But you need to experience it. I have FRS and Peaks.

Re: Open Fuse

Alu milling is cheaper but not that much than composite. That was my point. Nothing like alu mast extrusion vs composite mast. With composite is very hard to reliable and repeatable get real word isotropic properties which you need for fuse.

Re: Open Fuse

Why do you think are so few carbon fuses? Do think that mill fuse from solid alu block is cheaper than composite? It is very difficult to make rigid enough composite fuse. Why do you think mast fuse connection is so important if there are low forces? Im speaking from direct experience with torsional...
