Topic: Hands on -- Aero2 vs Aero??

Aero 2 has less low end, flies to the edge of the window faster, but your still able to park it further back than the X2 and not have it race to the edge of the window in gusty conditions. This years Aero has more immediate pop but not as much top range as Aero 2. The Aero 2 has best of X2 and this ...

In addition, fly a smaller size kite than you see more experienced riders flying(if you have that choice). Flying under powered will allow you to move the the kite more without having to worry about getting yarded. Have fun

Re-launch on 2002 G-spot is easy(turtles faster than any kite I've flown), its the GXS that is super difficult. 15.5 needs decent wind, its a fairly heavy kite. Kite has tons of power, likes to sit low in the window and flies best with slack rear lines. I like any of the smaller G spots better than ...

Get the 14 because its faster and has about the same low end as the 16. The 14 will allow you to move the kite faster in marginal wind and therefore generate more power. I'm heavier than you and still prefer the 14 in that wind range because it flies better. Best of luck

They are very different boards. The Naish rides a bit smaller, tracks straight, and is easy to ride. I would say the Jaime is looser, wider,(feels bigger) and requires a bigger, more advanced rider. I think for your size the Naish makes more sense.

Gaastra has better low end than Naish. I have a 14 GXR and fly it comfortably in 13-23 knots(I am 83kg).The Gaastra is steadier overhead and jumps great. Naish has better top end range and is steadier in gusty wind, it is a stiffer fealing kite. Hope that helps, Stefan

Rhino 2 12 has a ton of power. For your size its a tough call but 2003 has more range than last years so I think 12 is a good choice. Airblast has weak low end compared to Rhino 2.
