Slingshot line lengths

Just measured the lines from my 17"/23m Slingshot bar and lines in order to make a new set and found the rears to be 22.6 m, one front line to be 24m and the other 23.17m.

Does anybody know the lengths of the lines in a Slingshot set?

Re: Wave videos showing the kite

As it happens we're in the middle of production of our new Progression series of videos for riding a kite surfboard. Unfortunately nothing properly edited that we can show as yet as we in the middle of filming, out in Cape Town, but rest assured we'll have every angle of the kite, board and rider c...

Re: Wave videos showing the kite

Thanks for all those. There seems to be few videos with cross on conditions rather than nice cross/cross off.

Wave videos showing the kite

Does anybody know of any wave videos where you can see what the rider is doing with the kite? I'd like to see the timing of the pro's compared to me.

Re: Bandit 6 on a Bandit 3 bar.

Any bar that has all 4 lines the same length will work on a B6. However it might change the kites flying characteristics a little if the Y is positioned far from the original position found on a B6 bar. How would it affect the characteristics? I went for a Slingshot bar instead of the F-One and fou...

Thinking of adding to my surfboard quiver

Thinking of adding a larger surfboard to my quiver and looking at something 6'2" to 6'4" in size as I'm 6'2" and around 95kgs. I have a 5'10" LF Quad which works great in big winds but not so great in anything around 10m weather or less. Reading around says that bigger surfboards only work where you...

35 knt no problemo ! just move the front lines one knot down from the end, thats it.
i would go for a 14 10 8 if i were you. the high end is ridiculous....

Re: Bandit Dos 12/10/8 or 14/10//7

We do have quite a few days in the high 30knot range. I guess the low end is not as important, I don't think I could get out in anything less than 14 knots due to my weight (I'm not a fan of just cruising forward and back without tricking).
