yep, i still use one of those.and really like it.turns well ,reasonably fast.i use the footstraps in the middle forward position. but experiment, just personal preference really. as far as two strp cant see the point, i did that with my smaller mutant because it just seemed simpler dur to the size. ...

not a real great beginner kite. needs to be very powered to work. not very good low end on it. good for going upwind and jumping once powered though. and it is a four line. but you could probably find a much more suitable kite to start with... and do get a lesson. good luck.

seriously unless youre a completely new to the sport, just go and ride ,meet people watch what they do. most are helpful. park one car at one turnout launch from upwind turnout ,repeat,repeat...etc. if you do end up downwind you can almost always find someone to give ya a ride back. hatteras sound s...
