also major warranty issues with the 99 kites. using that dacron/polyfilm from windsurfing, the poly delammed from inflation. they were real good about the warranty, and I think it almost sank em and cost alot in reputaion. They are a good kite, always have been pretty cutting edge. Still fly my amps...

actual cost for a us landed kite is around $120-150. material and shipping make up most of that cause the girls make diddly

fiberglass resin. one quarter the cost of epoxy. from most hardware or body shops. u gonna use glass? or just coat it?
