Re: Big twintip boards

I have a 165 Mako King for light wind in shallow areas. It does make a difference compared to smaller boards and its fun to ride that monster once in awhile.

Re: Once again A failure from Naish

If you don't like them, why do you keep buying their products?

Re: Evo 14m with low bar?

Thanks for the info regarding the Duotone V-Distributor. Are all of your kites high-V? I can see threading my center lines thru the V-Distributor if its not too painful. If its a hassle, that would discourage me from using one on my low-V bar when all my other kites are low-V. I assume it doesn't we...

Evo 14m with low bar?

I’m a long term kiter and have a quiver of newer Pivots (8m, 10m & 12m). I generally ride in higher winds and swore off owning anything larger than a 12m. I also don’t foil. I generally make the 12m work with a larger board. Just haven’t found a kite larger than 12m I like and always get rid of them...

Re: Naish Octopus female valve - again

I couldn't glue the FixMyKite female valve from outside with aquaseal. I tried twice, but both times I couldn't avoid wrinkles that ended up in small leaks. The valve was the FixMyKite valve in which I had managed to ruin the TypeA section, so I tried to glue it with Aquaseal. I successfully reglue...

Re: Naish Octopus female valve - again

I have a spare octopus female valve from FixMyKite and it glues from the inside. (bought about two years ago) My bad! I was looking at the valve in the wrong directions. The octopus female valve that I got from FixMyKite has the TypeA in a way to be glued from the outside. Thanks for clarifying. Th...

Re: Hannah Whiteley joins Cabrinha

Finally, someone produces a video that's worth watching. Love the background. I can't stand watching videos with kite tricks on flat water in protected areas. Go Hannah!

Re: Naish Octopus female valve - again

Thanks for everyone's help. I'll try another valve now that I know what to do.
