I would agree, on 2 sessions I had it felt like Evo had a little bit more bar pressure than Rebel

Re: North Evo 2010

I have flown Rebels for last few years and only recently decided to complete my quiver of 6m and 9m Rebel 2010 with 12m Evo 2010... Got only 2 sessions on it so far and my initial thoughts are: - not handling gusts as well as Rebel does - not going upwind as well as Rebel does... :-) Obviously I can...

Re: CapeTown - Too many spots, what are differences?

Thanks guys! Great information and help!

Was told winds are mental in Jan, but we are going last week of Feb, first week of Mar, so I wasn't sure how it affects weather and wind situation...
Also what is weather likely to be? Wondering if warm hoodies and jeans and needed.

Thanks

Re: CapeTown - Too many spots, what are differences?

Thanks Celine, PM sent. Another Q - kite size. I'm about 58kg and not mad about being super powered up (overpowered). Planning on taking my 6m and 9m - both North Rebels 2010. Would this be enough or should I be getting 12m too? We will spend some time in Langebaan and I heard wind tends to be light...

First week is sorted but not sure what to do with the remaining 7 days... Thinking of either renting an apartment around Kite Beach / Blouberg or just driving around and ...

Re: Cape Town's season

Staying first week in Langebaan. Now looking for a place to stay around good kite beach in Cape Town for a second week. Preferably on the beach, can be self catering/holiday rental... Any recomendations? Came across apartments in Portico development in Bloubergstrand. Anyone stayed there or has anyt...

Re: Buggy/car rental in Brazil

Ah Toby, would you not just leave it to be!

No point of advertising Cumbuco lagoon and Duro beach, it's busy as it is!
It's a horrible, packed and gusty place ...

And that's exactly why I keep on coming back! 8)
