Re: Wind-powered air compressor

Why isn't there one of these at Real? Or at a kite house in Cumbuco? Or at your beachfront house? I see you didn't live on or near the beach. To answer your question- there is one reason for that: Maresia That thing would be down within a year (most likely after 6 months already). Unfortunately... ...

Re: Western Australia

Hm why would you go to Lancelin anyway? Nothing special about the place, me thinks. If is a low tide it's a small stretch with heaps of kites. BTW in Europe, as I experienced, a normal procedure is to pay 10E/day for the beach access. Nothing like that in here. We are talking here about WA (not Eur...

Re: seat harness vs waist harness

I haven't been kiting in a while and as I am getting back into it, does it make sense to go with a waist harness? I learned with a seat harness, never had any issues, but I don't know if a waist harness opens up other opportunities. I like jumping and doing basic stuff. I have never done anything u...

Re: 2014 North Evo review (in comparimsment to the 2013 Fuse

I heard really good things about the last Fuse version, but I only got a test on one from a few years ago that was not anything special. I have had a couple Rebels and an Evo and liked the kites a lot. The 2011 Rebel 8M was an awesome beast, probably should have kept that one but I hated fooling wi...

Re: 2014 North Evo review (in comparimsment to the 2013 Fuse

Ask Tom Hebert what he thinks. 25 meters on the Evo. I don't have to ask him since he is a teamrider and of course needs to sell their stuff which is for sale now. The Fuse production stopped a few months ago (for whatever reason I really don't know and North doesn't comment on). That's why I have ...
