I suggest you stay with Revs. Revs are more forgiving for beginers. Fuels 09 are back to the future on Cs. Fuels are more for the experienced kiter. The island of Cozumel is in the Mexican Caribbean. Winds are consistant that time of the year. Conditions range from flat water to waves depending on wind direction. We offer accomodations for kiteboarders just one block from one of the most kiteable locations on the island. Check

TP13 December winds tend to rotate about every 8 to 10 days. Starting with a few days of a cold front we call a "Norte", then switches from E for a couple of days and finally blows from SE to S before another cold front rolls in. If you never been in Cozumel island, then you got a trip. March is great with a variety of wind conditions and spots to kite from flat to a good size waves. And when the wind drops, you have lots of other water/land activities. check for acommodations and mention kitecozumel for a...

You will want to book right away since you are coming during the busy season.
