:-? Don't hold me to this, but I talked with a local there at the bar in Barnes Corner who works on the crew who builds the wind machines and he told me the tips of the blades are 165 off the ground. Do the math.

8) No Doubt that Tug Hill NY is the best snowkiting in the east. When you ride under 200 of the world's second largest wind machines in the snowiest place east of the big river you will know what I mean. I think northern Maine has alot of wide open potato fields that need ripped up as well.

:cool2: Yeah, I know the powerlines and lack of a base are an issue. It is the chances you take to ride sometime.I feel real lucky to be able to do this right out my front door in Garrett County Md.. We do have more ideal locations and conditions here in Western Md., Northern W.Va. and Southwestern ...
