It cracked in several different places on the deck and they were big cracks not just small ones.

Re: Lib tech puddle jumper to replace sweet potato for light wind board

I just got a Tomo Evo 5'10" for our mushy surf. Have not got out to try it yet will do that Monday morning. I have a 5'7" Wainman but it just does not have enough volume for our local waves most of the time. How does your SP work in mushy waves. I was torn between the Evo and that board. I have als...

Re: Strutless kite in development on Maui

Nice vid, next time the Cloud start to back down either push up on the bar or pull on the center line. I even sometimes let go the bar and pull on the center line a couple of times and it comes back up, that is what's nice about the Cloud you can let go of the bar since they are very stable.

Take a lesson, you can use the instructor kite and he/she can also give you advise on what type of kite to get.

Re: ranking surfboard construction Firewire/hydroflex/surfte

I have owned the FireWire and the surftech type board. I have had the same issues that everyone else had where it started to delaminate. The surftech board was fine for a while, until I started jumping with it, after a month of that I had cracked it five different places. I now just use both for sur...

Re: Strutless kite RRD

I love the strutless kites, I have a Cloud 13 and 17. It works great in the surf, I'm glad more companies are developing them. I wanted to buy the 10 m Cloud but they were sold out. Now the new ones are expensive. Hopefully, RRDs won't be as expensive, I will have to give it a try. On Monday, here i...
