Also lookin for waves in nov. Although prob a good option Cape town doesn't really interest me. Im lookin into cape verde at the moment. i had issues a while back when i kited 3+ hrs every day for 6 weeks. Also was constantly practicing duck tacks on surfboard . Had an MRI and i had a small tear in the labrum. Think it was caused by the repetitive practicing until I was too tired. No kiting for a few weeks followed by some strengthen...

9m not too fussed about the brand there are lots of good ones out there, but a 9m and surfboard gets me out in most conditions.
